We encode our videos in a few sizes so that as many people as possible will be able to view them. We've been shooting for some time in HD and that involves an entirely new encoding format and codec. This new format may not be compatible with the current settings on your computer. Don't worry! There is an easy solution (and the videos are beautiful. You won't want to miss them).
If you are having problems playing our HD mp4 videos, please download the VLC Player. We have found this player to be the most compatible with the most video formats and it will most likely work for you too.
Under "Download VLC", choose your operating system.
Choose the option you need and install.
You're set. If you need any help, let us know and we'll walk you through it. Just let us know which OS you're using.
If you are trying to view the "high" or "low" quality videos and are having problems, please be sure that you download them first. Your internet connection may not be fast enough to stream these videos from online. (Either click the download link and choose "Save File" or right click on the Download link and choose "Save Link As."
If you are having a problem viewing the "high" or newer HD videos, please try to download the alternative "low" or "medium" quality video. We make the videos as large as possible for the most people, so you may simply need to view the smaller version.
